SALSA(SafeandLocalSupplierApproval)isafood-safetystandardwrittenbyexperiencedfoodsafetyexpertstoreflectthelegalrequirementsforproducersandtheexpectationsofprofessionalbuyers.

为了达到SALSAplus啤酒标准，酒厂必须在从酿造到装瓶等各个环节有着优秀的表现，必须证明员工真正明晰他们的工作职责，并执行无可挑剔的个人卫生和清洁标准，使得啤酒的质量符合标准要求。另外，污染和交叉污染的预防、废料控制和原材料控制也必须加以注意。
